Vsevolod Baibak is a successful practitioner in the defence of Russian and international corporate interests in Russian courts, foreign courts and international arbitration institutions. The milestones of his career include legal support for the construction and remodelling of venues for the 2014 Olympic Games, defence of ship-owners and insurers in the arbitration courts of RF and the Maritime Arbitration Commission of the Chamber of Commerce & Industry of RF, representation on behalf of international construction companies in the courts of Russia, England and the Netherlands.

Voted “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers: in Real Estate in 2014, in Construction in 2015. Recommended by Legal 500 in the practice of maritime law, 2015.

Member of the Research and Advisory Council at Federal Antitrust Service of the Northwest District, Research and Advisory Council at the Intellectual Rights Court, and Committee for Legislation at the Guild of Managers and Developers not-for-profit partnership.
Co-author of the popular textbook, Civil Law, in 3 volumes. Translated selected chapters of Model Rules of European Private Law, devoted to judicial remedies in the event of contract default.
